Adding a User to the Optimizer	*Note: If your site uses Single Sign On (SSO) - please contact support@kaizenoptimizer.com before adding users

There are two ways to add users to Kaizen Optimizer: - Manually - Via Excel Spreadsheet - contact support@kaizenoptimizer.com for help with excel uploads

From Admin>Manage>Users

Click Add User from the Page Actions Box Complete User Information Note: We strongly suggest that you use email address for the username - this is an industry standard that most people are used to. Click Save When Done
Once the user profile has been saved, password can be sent by clicking on "Send/Reset Password"

Note: Each Optimizer customer may have slightly different labeling. Please contact support@kaizenoptimizer.com with any questions.
