Problem

A single action plan may need to align to multiple matrices, examples:

• Re-purposed from another project

• Impacts multiple matrices

• other...

Solution

There is no need to multiples of the same Action Plan

An action plan can be associated with multiple matrices

• From the Edit Tab>North Priorities

• Click Green Find button to find existing action plans

• Select and click "Add to List"

Action Plan will now be a part of this matrix (as well as the other matrices it is also aligned with).
