For Monthly KPIs

There are times when we may want to include last years actual data in the KPI view

 

The Prior Year Data line

• Is available WHEN the date range of the KPI is set to multiple years 

• Can be turned on/off at any time without losing data

• Owners/Assists or those with "Responsible for Data Input" can turn Forecast on for their TTI/KPIs

• Administrators can turn "on" Prior Year Data from batch changes function

 

Step	Click	Visual
1	From the "Values / Format " Tab of the KPI
2	Toggle Show Prior Year Data 'On'
3	Click Save
	You can turn the option on/off at any time
